In the fast-paced world of e-commerce, Audience Builder has emerged as a powerful tool, reshaping the landscape of customer segmentation. They are commonly divided in the form of demographics, interests, purchasing behaviors. This innovative approach allows businesses to create custom audiences, which then leads to providing targeted and tailored experiences for higher conversions.
I was the sole product designer who worked on strategising, conceptualising, designing, and delivering the hand-offs to the developers. My primary responsibilities included understanding the problem, the vision for the product, wire-framing low fidelity designs to prototyping high fidelity designs, and collaborating with the product managers and developers by managing the entire design lifecycle in bringing out Audience Builder with scalable capabilities.
